A construction project can be said to be successful if the service provider is successful in carrying out the construction of the project based on the time, fee, and quality that is stated in the contract document. Delays in construction projects will cause losses to related parties, especially owners and contractors. In this research, the project carried out by a case study is the Aspena Residence Development Project. This project has an initial plan to be completed in 580 calendar days, but this project is experiencing delays with a new plan to be completed in 712 calendar days. Therefore, in this study, two methods were carried out, namely the overtime method and the shift method to overcome delays that occurred in the Aspena Residence Apartment Project. Thus, from the results of this comparison, a more effective method of accelerating the project can be determined, especially high-rise building projects. The results of the analysis show that the project acceleration using the shift method is more effective in dealing with project delays than the overtime method with a duration difference of 58 days. However, the cost of acceleration using the shift method is greater than the overtime method with a cost difference of Rp. 3,671,729,560.
