Interface Visual Design on the NDA GCF Indonesia Website from Identity & Semiotics Perspective

Current technology has enable human to access information via the internet accros the globe. Urgent information of global warming which has become the attention of the international community has been also responded by countries in the world by creating funding to deal with increasing earth's temperature. The Green Climate Fund (GCF) strives to be able to contribute to invite parties who can participate in overcoming global warming. In Indonesia, the management of this funding is handled by the Badan Kebijakan Publik (Fiscal Policy Agency) the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia which later became the GCF National Designated Authority (NDA). The GCF NDA uses the website as a means of outreach to stakeholders. In this study is conducted to examine how the websites contribute in achieving the goals by using identity & multimodality perspective. With this study, it can be seen that the multimodality factors from the visual factors can be an indicator of how the core message is being conveyed.
