China High Technology Shifting and Trade War: Implication for United States and Israel

Abstract
The rise of China with two flagship programs of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and Made in China 2025 (MIC) shows China's seriousness in developing its country to compete with the world's hegemon, the United States. The trade war between the United States and China has become a byword in recent years. These show that The United States is taking into account China's power in the international world. Case study of the United States' high-tech exports to China declined in 2018. Meanwhile, Israel's exports to China have been increasing. There is a substitution for China's high-tech exports due to the trade war. China and Israel have a close relationship. This relationship is also United States's security focused.
