A double blind-review process will be used to evaluate all submitted papers. Conference Committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.

The presentations that make up the current and archived conferences on this site have been made open access and are freely available for viewing, for the benefit of authors and interested readers.
