Author Guidelines

To submit a manuscript to this conference, please prepare your manuscript by using provided template. The template can be found here. Please use the A4 template, in which you can uses the word document template or latex template. Submit your manuscript as a Word document or PDF document format.

Prepare your paper that it appear in IMRaD format. Each section must correctly represent the section in IMRaD. This will ease the reviewer and the reader to comprehend your manuscript. Write all your manuscript in English language. Make sure that all the paragraph, tables, and figures are written in English language. A screen shot of application can contain other language, but please inform the reader what the figure means.

Use the Vancouver citation and reference style for your citation and references. Citations are presented as a number in a square bracket, for example "[1]". The references is written in order of appearance in citation. The first cited references should be numbered as "[1]" and appear first in the references list. Please use a reference manager apps to correctly write your citations and references.

Your manuscript will be reviewed in double-blind format. Therefore, author information is not needed in the review process. You can ommit the author's names and affiliations in the first submission. If your manuscript is accepted then you'll need to add the author's names and affiliations.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in Word document or PDF format.
  3. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  4. The manuscript is at least 3 pages long and not exceeeds 8 pages long.
  5. The manuscript is free from plagiarism and not generated by using SciGen AI.
 

Copyright Notice

Authors who submit to this conference agree to the following terms:
a) Authors retains all intellectual right of their work during and after the review process.

b) After acceptance of papers in the conference, the copyright of the paper will be transferred to publisher, while the Author still retain the intellectual property right of their original work. The conference has the right to publish the paper, and allow general public to access and use the paper with proper acknowledgment to the original Author.
