Manual Guidebook for Author : Manual Guidebook

A blind-review process will be used to evaluate all submitted papers. Each full registration for the conference will cover a one paper, with opportunity to submit additional paper at reduced rate.

Selection Process

After submission deadline, similarity score of each papers is checked. Due to IEEE policy, paper with high score of similarity score can not be accepted in our conference. Another important process is review process by reviewer. For each papers, minimum of three reviewers are assigned to review. Decision of a paper acceptance is based on reviewers average score and comments.
